What does a band like Diskodiktator have in common with other acts like Page, Arachnophobias and compute except the fact that they are all tall and handsome Swedes? Together with 14 other bands Diskodiktator has joined forces with the Creme de la Creme of Swedish electronic artists and the joint effort is available on the charity compilation “The Seventies Revisited” out on December 15 2012.
The full length sampler contains 15 tracks of classic seventies hits interpreted by artists of today and the result is nothing but stunning! Diskodiktator took a bite out of the wonderful and antisexist song “You Could’ve Been A Lady” by those colorful funkateers in Hot Chocolate and you can hear a snippet of it in this compilation megamix:
